At SERVPRO of East Louisville we are always trying ways to improve our customer service. As technology changes we take pride in being at the forefront of new innovation. We have added a new chat feature to all of our franchise websites including SERVPROeastlouisville.com.
This chat feature will allow customers to interact, and give job/contact information, easily so we can get the job scheduled quickly to alleviate any additional stress following a disaster.
The chat feature has already been used by customers within the first week of being launched. We are excited to have another way for customers to reach us in their time of need.
