Our crews work tirelessly on storm to make sure the customers know we take their situation very seriously.  The review below is from a customer following the services SERVPRO of East Louisville provided after Hurricane Laura ripped through Lake Charles.

"After hurricane Laura, our insurance company sent in a mitigation company who evaluated the water damage and told us to call SERVPRO because the job was too big for his company. I called the national SERVPRO number and received a call from Rhett representing SERVPRO of East Louisville. Rhett, Derek, and Jared came in and got the job done quickly and efficiently sometimes working until 10:00pm at night. They wasted no time getting started and worked with us and our insurance company. They definitely made this life changing event a little easier. I feel as though these men became a part of our family, caring just as much about our well being as the mitigation of our home. Jason Wilson, these men deserve a raise. They came to Louisiana and have represented you and your company well!! Thank you Rhett, Derek, and Jared for all that you did for us!"
